Over the years, Canadian Hockey Goaltender, Carey Price, and Ford Motor Company have shared more than just a partnership; they’ve shared a love for the outdoors. So when the idea came up to create a custom goalie mask inspired by the Canadian wilderness and the truck that gets Carey there, it felt like a natural fit.
To bring this vision to life, Ford teamed up with airbrush artist Jordon Bourgeault, whose intricate, high-detail style made him the perfect collaborator. Drawing inspiration from the rugged capability of the Ford F-150 Tremor and the remote landscapes Carey calls home, Jordon transformed a blank mask into a rolling tribute to wild places, backroads, and the spirit of exploration.
Working alongside Ford’s agency, Wieden+Kennedy, Anthill set out to capture more than just the finished product. We documented the creative process including the sketches, the airbrush layers, the stories behind the imagery and the connection between athlete, artist, and machine.
What started as a custom paint project became a cinematic portrait of craftsmanship, collaboration, and a shared respect for the Canadian outdoors.
